I just received my order from autogeek and everything is great. However, the 2 pads I ordered were squished in between some bottles and they are not regaining their shape. I tried to "massage/knead them" but they are really bent. What do I do now? Any ideas? Thanks

I have clayed my car and it worked very except for a few spots. There is some sore of small pinhead sized brown dots that will not come off the paint. They are raised when I run my hand over it but the clay does not clean the paint. Any ideas??? Please help.
