I'm wondering if PC speeds are directly transferable from 6.5" pads to 4" pads. Say for instance your using a 6.5" polishing pad at speed 5 and you switch to a 4" pad for a tight area: would you still use speed 5 or step it down because of the more aggressive nature of the smaller pad? Thanks.
