I'm about to pull the trigger on a rotary tomorrow. I want to get the Megs W64 Backing Plate with my order from Amazon. I am wondering if the W64 is flexible. I can't tell from the picture the red piece is a piece of hard plastic or flexible rubber. Surprisingly I can't find the answer here...
