Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this? Have tested rotary with wollpad and heavy compound. Is wet sanding the only option? Or is it a permanent damage?

Hi evereyone! I will soon do a 2005 Saleen Mustang, it is black with golden stripes on it. My first thought was to use Crystal Rock on it, but now i am starting do have second thoughts about. If i should perhapes use Opti-Coat on it instead. The owner just cruses with it when it is fine...
