hello , i just bought used chrome ZR1 wheels they r in very good condition but there is few areas that has some sort of rust like between spoks and near bolts !!!wht i should use to remove it ? and how do i keep them perfectly shiny for every day(i DD my car)... i was going to do...

I am using a makita 9227 for more than a year now and still having problem controlling it Yesterday I tried removing the handle and use it that way and have to say it really works!! Now I feel more control on the machine no wobbling or shaking, also I it seems that I get better result this...
