I need the most shine i can get. If i use the megs NXT next would that be my best bet. Also, i can't get rid of swirl marks for the life of me. Do i need a high powered buffer or is there a certain process?? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I am looking at a 4 hp peak craftsman wet\dry vac... do you think that that would be worth it for only doing weekend jobs?? Also would it be enough power to extract heavy stains out of carpet after scrubbing or should I just thte extra mile and get a 6hp???? What does UPP stand for? obviously...
