What's the best way to do it? I worked at a body shop years ago and remember using a hard rubber wheel on an air tool. Are there other ways that are better?

Hello (in Cherokee) :wavey I thought I knew how to "detail" a car before I came here:D I have a 2000 Civic and live in NM. I have a Makita buffer (brand new), but after reading through some of the threads I'll just wait on using that and learn with a PC. I'm glad I stumbled in here...
