I was trying to remove some swirl marks on my car with PB SR 2.5 using the PC 7424 and Sonus polishing pad. I started out with the speed set at 4.5 and worked the product till it was dry, and I didn't see any difference so I applied more PB and stepped up the speed to 6 and worked it in, again...
