Hi Guys I have an issue in which I have very tiny specs of white "dots" on my hood and bumper. My question is, is this treatable? Is it overspray or rock chips? How can I tell and how can I treat it? How about a porter cable? I have tried to lift the specs with my nail. Thanks!
