I recently noticed that my waffle weaves werent too soft and decided to try drying with my normal microfibers which are alot softer. It took a little longer to dry and left a lot lint. Anyone else use normal microfiber to dry?

Would it be ok to use Bug Squash as a wheel cleaner?

I just received a 5" backing plate and it is damn small. I was going to use it with my new 6" pads but I dont think it will work too well. I measured it and it is less than 5" in diameter. How fast or how slow should one go over the paint surface when working a polish like SSR2.5 or 1 with the PC. Does this make a difference in the final outcome?

Well the SSRs dont and the Professional Polish doesnt either. I emailed Poorboys about whether Natty's Blue contained silicone and was told it was a wax. Are all the Poorboys products free of silicone? Steve

I will be trying the SSRs soon. I have a single coat of Zaino on my car right now. Should I maybe wash my car with Dawn before using the SSRs? I dont really like to do this but I dont want the Zaino to contaminate or interfere with the SSRs when Im working them. What do you think? Steve
