I'm hoping this is just oxidation and not clear coat damage, I have a feeling it's clear coat dmg though because the bumper and passenger fender are peeling... anyway to fix it or make it dissapear visually?

So I bought an older maxima a bit ago and I'm almost finished with mods and tuneups but there was something gastly when I bought it. the passenger fender and bumper cover. both peeling to ****. I feel I am not experienced enough to respray black and make it look good compared to the other...

Okay. so I purchased some Blue Magic from Walmart (saw 1 good review and afterwords it just made it oily, but clean) it's still hard.. it's also split. anyone know a good way to fix it? and a cost figure? I think i'll get some leatherique in the future.
