Whats the favorite here to remove swirl marks. ex: Menzerna Intensive Polish, Meguiar's Medallion Premium Paint Cleaner, 3M Fine Cut Compound, etc

My firebird is 6 yeard old and red......among that time its paint has accumlated scratches and swirls from the washing/ drying process and a few other scratches (not too sure where they may have come from....maybe a buffer)......How should I go about fixing this......the paint is in good...
