How do you guys remove the shoe scuff marks and dirt on the bottom of the doors because some seem impossible to remove I've even tried pressure washing, and also what do you guys use to remove the bugs and dirt in back window crevise especially when its really slanted.

What's the best way to clean off thick, pasted and dried mud clumps off a vehicle, as there's a big truck I'm going to detail and it's going to be coming to me caked with mud and I do not have a pressure washer but i do have a foam gun, any suggestions?

So I got some collinite in the mail and it appears to be frozen because it should be a smooth liquid right? Is it still good once its thawed out? I got it from autogeek so if it is frozen should I just contact them for a new bottle?
