Should I zaino? the low is 50 and the high 77.... should I zaino... or wait for a better weekend?

Is it necessary to wait 6hrs before the "next" application of z-5 or z-2? or can I wipe off the previous, z-6... then apply z-2 or z-5... without waiting 6hrs?
