Who's got the best price on a PC 7424 with backing plate(s) and an assortment of pads?

What size water tank should I consider getting? Something that can handle 5 to 10 washes per day without fill-ups and maybe more. Detrailers advised me that a 90 - 100 gallon tank would effectively wash 13 - 19 average size vehicles. Those numbers seem a little high to me.
