I recently purchased an aftermarket intake. The couplings are blue in color and rather dirty. Is there anyway to clean these off to make them look new(er) without replacing them? I don't really want to pay to get new ones. I was thinking maybe a Mr Clean Eraser, or some degreaser of some sorts...
I am copying this from another forum I originally posted it on. So please excuse the moronic newbie-esc talk. They aren't clean freaks, so I gotta try and hype it up. :nana:

I have this odd problem with my car. It has hazing on the roof, and the roof only. But the weird part is it is ONLY seen when looking at the car from the passengers side. yah... very confused as to why.

I have this rather annoying problem. Ants seem to be flocking towards my car, and I CAN'T get rid of them!! I try and wash my car once a week and this seems to help after I am done washing it for a day or two. But a few day's later they come back. On top of my car, and even INSIDE my car! I kill...

So about 2 weeks ago, I took the detailing plunge. I spent a bunch of money (more then any of my friends would spend on detailing equipment). And here is my story of the good the bad and the ugly.
My car: (good)

I have been asking all kinds of newbie questions lately and really appreciate all of the helpful input so far, but I have more questions. . . lol
