Already own a Dewalt and Flex PE 8 rotary polishers for boat(occasional car usage) Looking to see which of the two would be best to use primarily for just general car polishing. Any heavy defects I will use one of my rotary tools. Any input is appreciated! Good to be back on the forums again!

Been out of the game for awhile. Been using my little shop-vac for carpet cleaning. I realize though, that it doesn't have the strength to pick up dirt like my dyson vaccum does for the home carpet. Wondering what vaccums you guys are using that have better efficiency at picking dirt up...

If you think im kidding, this is not a joke. Porter cable was bought out by black and decker(they make dewalt), so they are either going to get rid of pc, or cheapen them up. The best advice i can say is to noobies, " Get your pc now while the pc quality is still there."

Ok guys, last year I used collinite fleetwax on the bottom, and it seemed to do pretty good. However, this year Im thinking about using the klasse twins on the bottom and #16. The jetski will be sitting on the hoist all summer, so the hull wont get washed as much(though I plan to sometimes)...

Just finished up about 1:00, been working on it the past 3 days. Got a treatment of 3m finesse it 2 with a yellow cutting pad and the rotary, followed up with #885 collinite super heavy duty paste wax. Heres some pics:

Ok guys, what do you use on cleaning your windshield wipers(glass cleaner, rubber and vinyl cleaner, etc...) and do you apply a coat of rubber protectant like 303 on afterwards?

Well guys, I detailed my uncles silver focus last end of july with 2 coats of #20, and i just saw it today in the rain, and it still beads(bigger, but still does). Didn't test slickness(obviously bc i dont want to scratch it), but it still looks good on the beading part.

Anyone have any reviews on this product? I have to think of an xmas present for my car for the winter, and I already have winter floormats.:)
