For those who layer VM how long do you wait between coats? Do you QD between coats as well? Is there any benefit to applying both by orbital and by hand? Some posts suggest that VM has a greater glazing effect when hand applied.

I've got some scratches that I'm going to remove with SSR2.5 using an orange polishing pad. I intend to use VM / EX-P / Natty's. Do I need to use my Menzerna FPII between the SSR2.5 and the VM? I intend to apply the VM with a white polishing pad.
