I'm in the process of detailing my trans am again. However, it has a white vinyl windshield banner and on parts of it there are some yellow spots that look like water spots. Any ideas on how to get rid of them without hurting the decal? Replacing it isn't really an option, the banner...

I just picked up some SIP, 106ff, RMG, DWG, ONR, and P21S 100% Carnuba. I currently already have KAIO, KSG, and P21S original on the shelf. I'm going to be doing a 2002 Black Altima first, here's the process that I was thinking about trying...
