McKee`s 37 Jeweling Wax or Merzerna SF3800 ? Still on the edge before making a purchase as both these products I presume are SMAT based. I read somewhere that a jeweling polish should be a DAT polish and not a SMAT based product which I can understand as SMAT abrasives never break down.

I am going to re-purpose my PC to a mini, but should I go with a 3" or 3.5" backplate as certain pad companies only make their pads for a 3" or 3.5" backplate ? The way I see it the 3" is more versatile as it can take a straight 3" or 4" pad while the 3.5" is only good for a 4" pad.

Ok which soap with the most suds to use in a foam gun for the buck that you can find locally ? I find Meg`s Gold Class expensive and mediocre. Anyone tried clothes washing detergent ? A jug of soap is heavy so ordering online is out of the question.
