Just wondering if Optimum Power Clean is sealed under the cap? I know when I take the top off a new bottle of ONR, it is sealed which made me wonder why power clean came unsealed.

Just wondering which green foam pads people are using here? Seems they have different green pads at different vendors. Ag seems to be alittle less agressive than others, and then there is a seperate german foam pad at pac. I need a middle step pad just alittle confused. Thanks
