how safe is it to constantly polish the caR? its seems that lots of guys polish everytime they wax, but isn't that bad for the clear coat? I wonder because i recently had my car detailed, but becasue i park outside, i need to do some touch ups, but i'm worried about polishing too much...

Do you wash the car with them? Or just dry and apply/remove wax, etc? I use one to clean the interior, but it doesn't seem that it would be too great to clean the outside! Thanks In Advance -Josh
