Finally got around to checking a nearby tool shop that also carries paint and body supplies. These two products were about all they had. A gallon if "cutting cream" and a dressing spray bottle.

Around here, all I can find is up to 90%. I have checked big box stores, drug store/pharmacies. Isn't other brilliant ideas? Also- what final concentration have you found to work best to check your work/remove polishing oils (Meg's Ultimate)?
