i just installed a Methanol injection kit on my DSM, i am running a 50/50 mx of Meth and distilled water it is in my OEM windshield washer tank so i can still use my windshield washers, and not havea extra tank to fill up added weight will this cause harm to my paint, if use my windsheld...

so the previous owner of my car painted the spoiler flat black, i like it i think it looks good, im not sure if he did it with a primer black or if he used a flat black, but when ever i wipe it some of the black smears off on to the towl or what ever, what do i need to do to paint it flat...
