Here is a job I did today. This car is kept up on pretty good and wasnt really that bad. There were some swirls from normal washing but other then that it was a cake walk.

One of the young fellows I work with smashed his car up. The dealership I work for is owned by brothers and they each have their own shop. Our sister shop has an auto body dept. and we do not. The young fellow had his car shipped down to the sister shop to get the $5,600 worth of body work...

Heres some pics of my first side job of 04. It's a 97 S-10 with 288,000 miles!!! The motor is a rebuild but the body and int. sure showed the 288k. I didnt go as full tilt on the ext. as I had wished but time and the cost came into play. So I did the best I could with it.

While surfing the net I came across this site and was checking it out. If you go to the bottom of the page they tell you that clay bars are only good for like 4-5 uses depending on the vehicle. Is this true? I figured they would last longer then that. Let me know what you guys think...

Here is one I did at work. It was a dealer trade and for some reason it was buffed. She had buffer trials all over. I Just washed it using Zep-O-Shine, then clayed with Blue Clay Magic from Auto Magic, then I buffed it with a light cut foam pad and some Diamond Shine from C.A.S. I'm not sure...
