what about these towels?

rollman,

That's why I bought some, excellent price. I'm hoping there at least as good as SMPs Pro Detail MFs. The WW is extremly cheap, if it's half as good as SMPs WW I will be very happy.:D

Also, what is nap?

FWIW, I have some waffle-weaves from our sponsors, the 12 towels from Autogeek, and was looking at some TurtleWax ones from AutoZone. I have been afraid to buy from Wal-Mart or Target or any retail place, for fear of buying cheaper quality and screwing up my finish or layers.

nap2 (nãp)
n.
A soft or fuzzy surface on fabric or leather

Fret not about those Target MF's just use them for lesser chores in your detailing regiment :bigups

Was shipping reasonable ? Man I'm so on the fence about these towels , that price is only for this week . Somebody push me ! :lmfao

I went MF crazy a while back and bought a whole bunch of different towels from different vendors, including the ones in the eBay auction.

The top blue towel is the eBay towel, followed by a JT International dark green "Micro-touch" towel, a blue PakShak Ultra towel and a PAC Soft Touch forest green towel.

To me, the eBay towel is very similar to the PAC towel, about the same thickness, plush on both sides, about the same level of plushness and nap, and both have very similar weaves. The PAC is just slightly softer. Like I said before, they're pretty good towels, but I prefer my PakShak/JT International towels.

Yea I though the Ebay Jap one would be similar to the PAC microtouch. Pakshak has some very nice ultrafine/ultra towels yellow/white ones im thinking of. JT Intern is good for All purpose, but I'm refraining to use on paint for now on.

rollman,

Off the cliff you go. Shipping was not bad at all you have a few options, I shipped mine USPS Priority $4.95 I believe. Just buy a bunch of them, LOL

Just received my MFs. WOW! These MFs are a steal for the price. I wish I had some more money, I would love to buy some more. I love the color of the Plush Plush MFs. The WW is a great buy for $3.25. These are my first MF Mitts so not to sure what to expect, but for $1.25 ea they are very nice. I guess I will use them for interior work. I highly recommend these MFs to anyone.

Re: the WCD MF Towel and WW,
I had the pleasure of doing business over where Robert (WCD) is located, and after looking over the MF and WW, decided to purchase 20 of them. They are very plush, quality built. And guys, for the price, I know your thinking they must be cheap as in low quality, but they are not. I am pleased the days of $5.00 + for a MF are over. And what Rob has are worth the order....so much so, I have ordered another 20 MF while these prices are this low. The wife loves them for dusting around the house too.

Regarding the WW...very good price @ 3.25, but I was skeptical because I have one that I bought for 15.00 and it streaks once I start ringing the water out of it.
As luck would have it, another local detailer showed up to meet Rob while I was there and picked up I think 20 WW for the local Porche, Mercedes, Jag dealership, because they loved the sample one that was dropped of for them to try. I asked him if he has used it and he swears they are fantastic and dont streak. So, I bought 2 of them and may pick up more. Tomorrow I will try out the WW and post my experience.

But as for the MF...go for it. Great product, awesome price, and Rob is a great person.

Last thing...One Grand Products. Never heard of them until yesterday. Got to try some vinyl/plastic
cleaner and conditioner. Bought some...Fantastic stuff. Also ordered a gallon of there QD. Really slick product. Had the pleasure of meeting the owners of One Grand Products today...those two brothers really know there stuff. Once I am done using my VM, EX and EXP, NAttys, I will move over to that product line. Was really impressed with there knowledge and product line.

If interested in the WW,MF,OneGrand Products see Rob at http://wcdetail.com/.
Tell him Chris sent you.

Regards,
