Perfect Product to remove OXIDATION?

i have thousands of yellow/orange/maybe rust spots on my car. Claying will remove them but they will return... same with buffing.

what product will remove what these 2 cant?

These spots are polution. So Cal has alot if it. I was born and raised there. I detailed there for over ten years. Your problem will continue to happen. You probably have a white or light colored car. If your car sits next to a busy street or close to a freeway for any period of time daily this problem will be accelerated. The polution looks like dust and when the dew gets it wet it starts to bond to the paint.
You will always have to clay and polish but if you wash regularly and wipe down at the end of the day with a duster it will help alot.
