A Big Thankyou To Dwayne

A while back I posted about some deck cleaner with bleach getting spilled on the carpet of my car. After hitting all of the detail shops in the area and many sites on the internet to find carpet dye, I found that mine was a color that just wasn't available as a factory mix.
I called Dwayne at PAC to see if he could help.
After sending him a sample of my carpet, he went to another supplier to get me a custom mixed dye that matched my carpet.
The carpet now looks good as new (sorry no pics). What impressed me the most was not the product itself, but the help and service I recieved from Dwayne and PAC. He took the time to go out of his way to help me solve a problem when he could of just said, "sorry we don't handle that"
NOW, THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Dwayne is great...gave me some useful suggestions when I talked to him on the phone. Got all my stuff by today, in time for my detailing adventure tomorrow.

Well, that sounds to me like something beyond Customer Service............... more like somebody that simply "cares"! :bigups :bigups
 
Dwayne has gone the extra mile for me on a number of occasions (e.g. special orders, substitute items at no charge, etc.). That's the type of service that earns my repeat business. :bigups

You guys are too much! I am just a guy that loves doing my job.

I have to give credit where credit is due. Gary Jones and his wife Rhonda were nice enough to run errands for me while they were in Florida a few weeks ago as it is hard for me to leave PAC during business hours and not have the place go out of business. They trusted my directions and followed my instructions to get Kim's carpet dye.

Yes it's true, I do care. Alot! I love reading threads like this. When people are happy with me then I know that I have done my job well.
