This Volvo Kicked my Butt.

I just moved to the San Antonio area and am rebuilding my business here. So right now I will take any detail or ding work I can get. That said. The folowing photos are of a volvo that has over 150000 mils on it. It looked like it was washed maby two times.

I started with the interior first it was standard work just very dirty. There was a little chewing gum and an xtrx set of mats. Did the hard surfaces first followed with alot of extracting. This took all of 3hrs.

The exterior was a wash followed by alot of claying. I polished two times both with Tri-Cut.Lite cut pad & final polish Pad.
After I used Vanilla Mouse to help clean the paint followed by a coat of GS-1 paint sealant with the DA.

The following are the final product. The inside came out great. Outside was not what I wanted. It looks great but I probably could have used a wool pad first to remove a few more scratches
The customer got well more than he paid for and was very very happy.

Ron, that what kind of vehicles I have here in NC. There is a limit to what you can do with a beater. Your work looks very professional and very clean.
Good job man.

Thanks.

Most people who have a car with this many miles dont want to spend alot of money on appearance

Nice work, I love a good before and after. Good luck with rebuilding your business. You sound like you will have no problem if you continue to over deliver.

For a few years now I have been using 3M Perfect-it 5996 foam pad polishing glaze. Dont let the word glaze fool you. I can wool pad 2000 grit sanding marks out with this product. It cost alot that is why im trying the transtar product.

Good Luck
