Pine tree sap removal

Hey folk's,
about a month ago I Clay Bar (Blue clay magic) glazed, and applied 2 coats of NXT(24 hour wait between coats) to my Caddy.
A week later i went out of town then someone (who shall remain nameless), Kimmie, decided to park my car on the side of the driveway where the pine trees are.
Needless to say I had about 10-15 drops of sap on the car,that had also been sitting on the paint and vinal top for roughly 2-3 week's.
I washed the car and clayed the spots again but the sap left a stain where it had been.
What do you reccomend to get rid of the stains?
Re-apply polish and wax to the spots??
also,I couldn't get the sap off of the vinal top
Any suggestions?

Green rubbing alcohol. Pour on towel, place on spot, let sit for few seconds, then rub off. You may need to apply polish and wax to the spots because it may cause a slight haze. Thats it.

But why green vs. regular rubbing alcohol???

now i have use some bug and tar remover before and that will work .......My 2 cents worth

Read about green somewhere before. Both will work though. Do not really know the difference.
