I finally broke down and gave in to common sense and am buying an 04 Ranger. I'd love a 325 but my business is picking up and I could really use a truck. I'm inbetween two colors, shadow grey and sonic blue and there's only two trucks in the area with the options I want (FX4 Level II 5 speed) . There's a $1k extra rebate because I work for a dealership that expires on Monday so I have to decide quick. I can't turn down the price either- $18.5k on a truck with an MSRP of $26k. As much BS it is working for a dealership, the benefits are great. So it's goodbye to my go-kart (Focus) and my SHO, which will most likely both be sold to complete dirtballs just to spite my over maintaining them.
 
Glad to hear business is picking up. I would go with Sonic Blue, but blue is my favorite color. Maybe you could sell the SHO, to another SHO enthusiast.

I'd go for the blue.
I had the same dilemma with my current car but unfortunately the blue they offer is way too light.
Grey is good/safe color but it never looks spectacular. Blue is not as high maintance as black or red but still can look awesome.
 
I'm with Da Boss...I really like Ford's sonic blue! I almost purchased an SVT ZX-5 Focus in Sonic Blue.

BTW....what ya planning on doing with that Mustang in your avatar? I just happen to be in the market for a late 80s stang :).
 
another for Sonic Blue..we saw a F250 last year at Carlisle with it and it looked awesome:bigups add a few mods and :bigscream

I did! As of today there was only 3 FX4 L2 w/ 5 speeds left in the whole region. The choices where black, red, and sonic blue., which made it pretty easy to pick out. Because I'm in NY it has to have CA emissions and the surrounding states don't, which limits dealer trades to just NY. I'll have some pics up as soon as I'm done with the stereo install/detail next weekend. I'm off right now to take the stereo out of my Focus.

I thought Mass and Conn also had Calif emissions standards, I guess I thought wrong.

I think CA and NY tightened their emissions this year and the surrounding states haven't followed suit just yet. I think it's even on diesels now. I'll try and find out tomorrow.

Here's what I told. Everything has the same parts, it's just the warranty of the system. To me this makes no sense. It could be that I just asked a question they didn't know and made something up. Not that a dealership would ever lie............
