Keep it clean !!!
I detailed a 1989 BMW 5-Series today and got a chance to use the Poorboys SSR3 I received as a gift from my bud groebuck !!! The car needed it !!! I am off to County Fair right with the family. Pics to follow tonight !!!

Also... I saw a T-REX today !!! I'll show you later !!! :cool

The car was 15 years old, but did not look a day over 14. :lmfao Extremely oxidized and scratched everywhere !!! Definitely a car that will give you the cold sweats in 90 degree heat (as it was today) !!!

I started this car at about 10 AM after detailing a pristine 1996 Black SL320....
 
Poorboys SSR3...

After washing and claying with a full Red medium strength Automagic Claybar ...

I was tempted to used Meguiars Power Cleaner Compound, but I really wanted to try out the SSR3 so... I put her to work with an Edge Black foam paint with the Milwaulkee 5460 set at about 1200...

She cut through the oxidation and removed about 80% of the surface scratches !!!

Sorry about the picture quality...

Hazy, Hot and Humid day here in NJ. I estimate I lost about 10 lbs of water weight today. In conclusion...

Poorboys SSR3 ...Get a big thumbs up review in my book. Removed some nasty oxidation and some pretty deep scratches.
GREAT PRODUCT !!!

It just so happens that I used SSR3 this afternoon to follow up some wetsanding work I did. I used a PC and a wool pad on speed 5. It improved the look of the paint greatly with very little effort!!! I followed up with SSR 2.5 and a light cut pad and after working the product to break down the abrasives, the paint was left with a perfect gloss. I saw no reason to follow up with SSR1 or any other similar product. I got great results!!! I love SSRs!:band

In your opinion, how does the SSR3 compare to the Meguiar's Power Cleaner. I have some #84 around, but it's getting old. Would you replace it with SSR3????????
 
Looks awsome germans have brake dust like no other. Perfect example of clean deans work spotless as usual.

If you have a chance try some APC+ diluted on vinyl dash peaces I tried it recently and it works great takes out all the grease and grim from the dash and left it perfect for some dressing. Same goes for door panels and leather.
