PVC primer spill on truck tail gate

Hey guys, I need some help on this one. My co-worker spilled PVC pipe primer (the purple stuff) on the tailgate of his truck. Any ideas for removing the spill marks? Thanks.

I would use a solvent based product. Read the labeling on the PVC primer, it might say how to clean it up if its spilled.
