One beautiful 560 SL...

Wow, that interior looks spotless as usual. My parents have the same car, only it is a 84' but their leather looks horrible. What did you use on the leather?

Its true !!! The cars paint measured out perfectly throughout. the interior showed only the most minor wear only on the drivers seat. The paint had about 5 minor scratches that all but one buffed out with Meguiars Cleaner Compound. The engine needed a good cleaning, but really looked great after dressing. I polished the wood out with Menzerna FP (thanks Anthony A).

BTW the car had the original bill of sale in the glove box, and all the records, books and accessories in order. It even had a Mercedes Benz Becker Stereo cassette !!!

Tried out a new cleaner conditioner from Meguiars on the passenger seat. I also used Auto Magic's Leather and Vinyl cleaner on the driver seat prior to the Megs.

Wow man - amazing as usual - and that low a milage??? wish I had the cheese - you don't see to many of those around anymore.

My grandfather was the first owner of a 1976 baby blue 450 SL. That was such a beautiful car. In fact, he paid 12,600 then sold it for 12,600 in 1992. He was never the same after he sold that car.
