ASTRO SHIELD Product

I have used astro shield from 1986 -1995 i purchased the stuff from a friend at his auto body shop, he had heart problems nine years ago and stopped autobody and ever since i couldnt find the stuff.
Let me tell you about my experience with this stuff, it was the best thing i ever used on the fiberglass of the motorhome, the stuff was a dream to use, yes it took time to put on an immense amount of work on a 24foot Mh but when you wiped it off you could see the dirt and stains just wipe off that couldnt be gotten with normal washing. Looked beautiful when I was done and me proud of the shine and it was less effort than most waxes I have tried!!
well since I couldnt get the stuff from 95 till present (june 2004)
I forgot about it. Well tonight we sell the motor home and I washed it for one last time. The dirt just washes right off and there is still the astro shield shine although it has faded a bit and is due for another polish hmm I guess afer nine years of use and then nine more use of no use it protects longer than anything I have seen in my life but dont take my word for it try it you ll be amazed when you stop using it and you notice the durability, I plan on getting my hands on some quarts and protecting every car I have with that stuff just dont use it on freshly painted cars untill the paint has cured about 30 days min. the stuff kicks donkey I am now going to find someone who can ship me a couple quarts as I am now like a kid anticipating christmas waiting to Astro shield my car. I have no affiliation with the company but I am willing to become a distributer because i believe in that product so much.

I also am an "old guy" and used this product in the 80's and early 90's. I believe it is still readily available at most stores like Discount Auto Parts and Pepboys. This is a very good product but it has abrasives in it so I would be cautious when using on newer paints. It is a polish and will probably be a good cleaner base product to use first and then cover with UPP or other sealant.

Thanks for the heads up on the abrasives Ill test on small part and I am going to pepboys tmrw Ill let you all know how it works on my intrepid if it good there it goes on the Bonnevile
