QD Problem

Hope this doesn't sound like a knock against Megs, but I just finished QD'ing my black beauty with Megs QD (over EX-P) and, to my utter dismay, the finish seemed to be cloudy and dull. To be certain, I put on another layer of EX-P on half my trunk deck, and sure enough, the Megs side was definitely duller.

Could this be a result of mixing products? Or some other natural mess up that I usually get myself into?

I don't like their Quick Detailer in the maroon color bottle at all. It always left streaks for me. I always prefered the Fianl Inspection in the cream colored bottled much more.

How long had the EX-P been on the car?
If the EX-P was not fully cured, possibly you could have had a compatibility problem.
Could you have had something in the towel you were using for the QD? Soap residue from washing. Residue from using the towel with another product befor using it with the QD.
None of the Meg's quick detailer products has ever given me any problems.
