Rotary Question

Hey guys,

I browse and read posts more than I actually post myself (mainly because my questions always get answered before I ask them), but my old crasftman rotary polisher is on it's last legs. It's at the point that it smokes really bad and gets really hot when I use it. I'm going to be detailing my father in law's car this weekend for father's day and i don't want to finally die in the middle of working on the car. I was browsing through Harbor Freight.com and I came across this Chicago Electric one that they are selling for 24.99. Would this be ok? I really can't spend too much cash on this as I'm trying to save as much as I can before me and the wife take our vacation.

You could leave your wife at home and use the money you save to buy a Porter Cable.

Just kidding.

The lawyers would cost way more than the price of a good rotary.

The thought actually crossed my mind.

Sounds like all it needs is a good lube and new magnetic brushes. There are many Sears Service Centers throughout the LA Metro area -- Click Here to find the one closest to you.
