I am looking at getting UPP and then toping it off w/ some s100. I was just wondering how long does the base coat of UPP usually last. My car is kind of daily driven but parked in the gaurage a lot as well but faces the nice heat of Houston.

UPP alone (X2) does it for me. I have a black Santa Fe, and UPP (V.3 - UPP bought after 12/31) really makes the car look GOOD, From time to time, I spritz with Megs Final Detail, and I could not be happier.
 
I put two coats of UPP on one of my cars that stays outside 24x7 in December. The finish was still beading a few weeks ago when I gave it the Spring detail. During that period I used the UPP Gloss Enhancer twice. This time I used one coat of AIO and one coat of UPP so that I could apply two layers in the same day. Not sure how long this combination will last.
 
I have AIO and UPP (x2) wash once or twice a week with 4 Star wash, and Qd it with 4 Star Qd...
car is outside lasts mostly 3 months to 6 months

UPP is amazing looking on its own. a have a few layers on my black acura and so far its holding up very nicely. after the next wash im going to QD it w/ some FD.

question for anyone who uses 4* ultimate gloss enhancing spray....
does this QD work any better than FD? you just cant beat FD for the price.

I myself use both the 4* UGE and FD.

I use the UGE while I am layering the UPP and then I continue to use it up untill I top it with a carnuba. Once I top it then I go to the FD and use that from there on out.
