In honor of EBPcivicsi...

Clean Dean

Keep it clean !!!
Some time ago EBPcivicsi detailed a tow truck and demonstrated his detailing skills and perseverance through an awesome before and after. This week I thought of that thread as I took on this 1997 F350 P/U that is used a construction site vehicle for a local excavator.

HOLY COW!!! That truck was filthy!

I wish my before and afters looked half as good as these!

What was the process on the paint? DACP/rotary/yellow pad, speed glaze/rotary/blue pad, UPP, AM EZ paste? I take notes :cool :)

Great work!

EBPcivicsi

You nailed it !!! BTW... I still think that the tow truck thread was one of DC's best B&A !!!

Also... In the second pic, I did leave some residual dirt on the pedals.... That was cleaned off in the final interior inspection.

:lmfao

Great job, did you use your Power washer to get that dirt off????
I think a video of this one would be great...

JeffBruce: Yes I pressure washed, but I had to agitate the lower areas and wheel wells with a soft brush and Simple Green. I also keep my older claybars for removing the heavy tar buildup from these areas.

AtlantaBoy: I charged $200. The owner is a return customer, and I also charged him to detail his immaculate custom Harley.
