what are all of you using for a hot water extractor or steamer?

in the market for one but dont wanna break the bank and I am sick of scrubbing floors. Also need more professional results..

You can get a good one from Detail KIng. They have the durmaid priced at $539.00. Thats the cheapest price I've seen that heats the water. The durmaid heats the water 210 degrees in 8 minutes.
