That is a GREAT idea!

I never thought about that.

Thanks for the information!

I use either a cotton chenille mitt or a plush microfiber mitt with the 2 bucket system. I use the MF mitt for very light washing, but switch to the cotton chenille if there is more substantial dirt.

Well, I guess I'm in the minority. I use a grout sponge. I find mitts don't wash out as well, leaving small debris in the long, thick nap. I also like to use a sponge because I like to cut them up in a smaller size. I do this for my rims or hard to reach areas. Mitts don't seem to hold up very well if you cut them.

wal-mart sheepskin "Eurow" - in my opinion just piece of junk. I bought one it lasted me one car, than it started to lint and all that "sheepskin" not anymore looking like sheepskin.
I am looking for something better now.
Just my .02

I have a Eurow mitt I got back in August or so, has seen regular washing, no linting or anything:dunno

Interesting. The one I bought last year lasted all season and probably will be OK for this season as well. Probably was used three times a week to wash a vehicle, rinsed and hung up to dry.
Why do I like it? Holds lots of soapy water, doesn't mar the finish, rinses clean when done, priced right, readily available. (Ususally).
FWIW, I was in our Super Wal*Mart today and they didn't have any of the sheepskin mitts on display. They did have lots of new brushes though. I think they might have been Black Magic brand.
Also, still no Meguiar's NXT products at our Wal*Mart yet. I don't need any, I just thought it strange that they didn't have it available by now.

Charles

ps: I think it is Euro without the w on the end. C.

Same here, no problems at all. They have a 5 pack at costco by the same manufacturer for about $6. They are not the same as the ones at wal-mart though, they have scrubbers on one side.

Where did you buy this/
Here is a picture of the mitts I use. From top to bottom -

- thin microfiber mitt for applying interior dressings
- plush microfiber mitt for light washing and buffing
- cotton chenille mitt for normal washing

The plush MF mitt is from Poorboy's World.
