Whats everyones favorite quick detailer?

I also think the PB S&W is great , nothing like it !!
The PB S&G I have mixed emotions about , I bought some early product when it first came out and just streaked real bad. I actually had it sitting around for a long time and dumped it about a week ago. I may give it another shot soon though and buy a fresh bottle since the rest of the PB line is pretty exceptional IMO.
 
What is this FK 425 stuff? Do any of the sponsors carry it. I always use S&G and love it. Thanks to Steve, now I have to get onother spray bottle for the S&G and S&W mix to try that. Hmm, it IS going to be nice out tomorrow...:D

I also like Turtle Wax platinum ultra gloss spray. Hard to find OTC though.
 
all time fav: bar none! BEAD-X. can be used wet or dry. great on glass. never ran across a QD that come's close. www.formula113.com current fav: turtle wax ice QD. expensive but maintains a "iced" vehicle.

I like the Megs Quik Detailer but I mostly use PB QD+ (now QW+).

I also have a bottle of WG Detailing Spritz to try out!
 
FK 425... I purchased a bottle after reading some positive reviews on this forum. It replaced my previous favorite S&G, IMO 425 leaves less streaks and a slightly slicker finish.

When my car gets real dusty I use S&W first then follow it up with 425.
 
This thread got me to thinking about what QD's that I had on hand so I went to the shop and took inventory. This is what I currently have on the shelf.

I don't think you can say without considering what the LSP is on the car and the condition that you are applying it.
I do my daily drivers in the shop which is heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer.
When I go to a car show some times I have to detail in the direct sun.
Most of the time I find some shade but if it is early morning it can be very high humidity and a polymer based product will want to streak and is hard to remove so I don't see any one product as the best all the time.
What I use the most and would rate as the top four and in no particular order are these.
PB-S&G
DG-FC&S
LUCAS SLICK MIST
ZYMOL QD
My only reason for omitting Cristal mist is that when I had Pinnacle Souveran paste wax on my car I put Crystal mist on one side of the hood and the Zymol on the other and could not see any difference.
Since the CM was 20 bucks for a bottle and I bought the Zymol on a close out at big lot's for $ 1.99 a bottle and I bought 20 bottles of it I rate it over CM because it is just as good for a fraction of the money.
Anyone who has not tried Slick Mist should try it.
Very fast and easy to use and it will last longer than most other
Sorry for the long winded post but I don't see the answer as simple as saying XY OR Z is best it depends on the circumstances..
 
I think whats the best is whatever you spray on your car and you can stand back and really be happy with the results.
