Wait just a minute!

:wait :wait
What's going on with this Love Fest with the DC vendors, anyway.
Stop and think about the overall picture for a minute.
1. Always coming out with some new product or line of products to get your money.
2. Always updating and changing. Often before you have even had a chance to try the first version. So it is an improvement, so what.
3. Giving away free samples to get you hooked.
4. Running periodic sales to get your hard earned cash. Usually just when you think you have your addiction under control.
5. Free shipping at different times. Again, just makes you think you gotta buy something.
6. Package deals that are too good of a deal to pass up.

Doesn't anyone but me see what these guys are doing to us.:beat

Charles,

Car care products are like drugs you are always looking for that next best high/shine:lmfao

That's why you have a whole garage full of half empty can, tins, jars, of old product:bigscream

:wait :wait Charles would you rather we just offer the same products over and over again instead of pushing technology to it's full potential. :dunno
I agree there is nothing wrong with the past versions...no complaints!!! BUT....
People are always asking for something I don't have and that's a challenge I can't refuse:D

I'm just getting started.... Spring is almost here. :naughty

Just a few new things at Premium in the coming weeks:

Wolfgang Concours Series, Pinnacle Natural Brilliance, new Poorboys EX-P, new QD+, Natty's Wax.

Plus quite a few I will just mention here but not really tell anyone about so I can build interest and intrigue. :naughty

Charles I know, but we do have people who would think we just do it for the reasons you posted.
Remember Blinded and the bleach, so now I'm careful how and what I say in jest....
...and believe it or not I'm always looking out for the customers interest..long term is more important than a quick sale:D

Treating the customers right is important to any business.
It is especially important to the niche market people like Poorboy's and Premium Auto Care. You guys don't have the luxury of an unlimited customer base like the Wal*Marts and Targets.
The percent of you guys business is by referral has to be tremendous.

Charles

Tried to edit my original post to add a discalimer that it was in jest. Can't do it. Administrator won't let me.
Anyway, the thread was intended for entertainment purposes only.

Not that I'm paying any attention, but it is 16 days, 10 hours and a few minutes until Spring.

I'm already thinking about what products attracts less dust... Pollen coming soon ;)

About the original post, it's very useful that from time to time they have a sale on something, making it worth buying, and after all, it's not the most expensive addiction (unless you go for some Zymol waxes :crazy ). Also most of us pay for their addiction with occasional payed weekend jobs (my case ;)

I tell you what, I don't mind spending my money on detailing products rather than drinks at my neighborhood bar. This is money better spent.

For me, detailing supplies are a form of entertainment. I can take my money, spend it on a movie ticket and a bag of popcorn, and be entertained for a couple hours. Or... I can take that same amount of money, buy a new car care product, and be entertained for days or weeks on end. :-p

I don't personally believe buying as many detailing products as I can afford, including the second mortgage on the home, having my eight year old daughter work in the coal mines, and the wife two full-time jobs in order to buy more products, taking advantage of every single sale and offer, having several of each and every item... constitutes an addiction. Does it?

I mean, in my book, admitting you have a problem is the first sign of an addiction! Knowing when to stop is the second!
