BOSS BEST IN SHOW SYSYEM

Bull6791- Sorry about muddying the waters by mentioning that Einman Fabrik Clear Pearl. I sent some to Tyler (was it really *THAT* long ago?!? Oh man...) and couldn't help but mention it. Eh, never mind....

The days are long but the years are short my friend. Seems like a lifetime ago, doesn't it?

Bull6791- The process would be basically the same with a different LSP. I have no experience with OptiSeal and can't comment on it. You seem determined to use either 845 or the FK, so...OK, do that.

If you decontaminate it, you'd better plan on doing some sort of correction before you do the LSP. If anything, I'd skip the Decon and just trust the AiO to do that. IF the contamination were truly severe, you wouldn't have to ask whether to do it..you'd *know*.

I still wonder how much time you plan to spend on this. How long the car will be off the road while you do it. Do you plan to do it all in one go, over..say, one weekend? How many hours can you spend at a time? That could very well be controlling. Don't underestimate how long *everything* will take. Just cleaning your pads might take come scheduling.

This stuff really isn't complicated, or tricky, or...all that hard, but it can take a lot of time. You're not even asking about how to do the hard parts of Detailing (e.g., major correction). It sounds like you want to clean the paint and wax it. That's simple, just wash, go over it with an AiO, and then do a proper LSP topper after the next wash or two. All the Decontamination, specific LSPs...I wouldn't be prioritizing that at this point. Washing and AiOing might be plenty. Seriously.

I’d get some TW Ceramic AIO and the matching spray wax. If you find you love detailing, you can go from there.

As a general rule of thumb, any recommendation you get here, whether it be product or process.... is good. Otherwise, it wouldn't be recommended.

Thank you very much. I thought that was it. A polish and all in one is the same.
Then I can put the matching spray wax over it. What ever that is. Thanks

I didn’t know people still used turtle wax. Is turtle wax that good. Thanks

They were bargain basement products for a long time but a few years ago they must have hired some good talent to wake things up a bit. Their SnS and Ceramic sprays are incredible products, you have to pay [emoji[emoji[emoji3]][emoji[emoji[emoji3]][emoji3][emoji[emoji[emoji3]][emoji3]][emoji[emoji3]]][emoji[emoji[emoji3]][emoji3]]]-[emoji[emoji[emoji3]][emoji3][emoji[emoji[emoji3]][emoji3]][emoji[emoji3]]]x to get better performing products and they won’t be as goof proof. The AIO is pretty durable and doesn’t stain trim.
