Nice review Ron. Did I see a little raised spot on the fender? :yay

Hmm.....very tempted. Would like to hear from someone who's used this vs. the regular van n blow (as that's what I'm using right now)

Shudda come to detail fest. It was pointed out, time and time and time again..... Not just by me
Ronkh- Glad you like it! It looks like it'd be pretty easy to hook up a shoulder strap, judging by your pics of the thing. I think you'll find that the more you use it, the more your technique with it will evolve. Took me quite a few washes to get the whole "blowdry" thing dialed in just right.
Angus- Based on my experience with something similar, there are no issues related to having it on a shoulder strap. Natural posture/stance/etc. seems to hold the blower unit relatively in place, and holding onto the hose/nozzle keeps everything under control.
Hows the blower housing held together? Is it with screws or glue? Does access to the guts seem possible?
My thinking is, if eyes can be securely added to either side, a single strap could be put through one of the handles, and presto you have a very simple backpack strap. Like this:

(air intake side would face out)
So no problem doing the entire car, SUV or compact PU with it?
I can't help but wonder whether fitting the AirWand onto that would be an upgrade or a hated waste of your money....
I was thinking about trying the little tube on the hose and see if/how it works
What "little tube"? Sorry, you lost me there. The idea with the AirWand is to have a long air outlet to cover a large area.
Ah, OK. See how that works, but (assuming their website is working OK, and it's sometimes doesn't..) check out the AirWand. I bet it'd hook up to your blower just fine.
I still can't believe how similar it looks to my 6hp Wet/Dry Vac w/ Blower.
Looks to be around the same price too.
I use the orange hose for dedicated Vac and then the black hose as a dedicated blower.
As you can see I had to cut the black hose in half to make it the perfect length for me.
I too am looking for some kind of shoulder strap so when you find one….Let Me Know!
I wonder how they compare to one another…….
