I believe I have posted a few pics of this clients car in the past but these are much better pics and taken by a friend with a much nicer digital camera than I have.

The pics are at a car show I did some time ago and you might be able to see a red Porsche 911 in the reflection of the Ferrari. That is another clients car also and will post pictures of it in a seperate thread as I have found too many pics in one thread takes too long to load.

Hope ya'll like em.

Always look forward to your posts,,great look.......

I'm jelous. I've barely gotten to touch one of those cars! Anthony... you want an aprentice for a week? :)

My car looks good in the pics... :) j/k
Nice work..,
When I have time, I plan to start the "show circuit". I am hoping in a few months at the LATEST...,
But you know how the "hoping" business goes...

Hello fellow Detail City citizens:p

Thank you all for the kind compliments and also for the comments.

In regards to the tires and their shine, I prefer a low shine, natural sheen for tires as do most of my clients. I have a few clients that like the shiny look but usually not on their daily drivers.

Jeff:

:D I have one assistant at the moment but she does not yet do the high speed work. I need to have some breathing room from work before I can teach her to properly use the rotary.

Koop:

You will I am sure one day soon be the one that all the Ferrari and Porsche owners know as the best kept secret in town. BUT don't be so eager to do these types of cars because with the nice cars comes the cranky anal owners:eek:

PS. There was a post I read on here earlier from someone that said the cars did not have alot of "depth" for the work thatI put into them. My reply to him (her?) would be that "depth" is a subjective area when it comes to cars because depth and high gloss mean nothing at all if the paint is swirled and scratched.

One can take a swirled and scratched car, throw on some #7 and in the right lighting it can look like a million bucks until you get up close and inspet the finish or take it out in the bright sun.

The post now seems to have been edited out of this thread. For what reasons Ihave no idea, I just wanted to reply.

Thanks again:cool:

I hear ya about the cranky owners! I've done a few porches and a number of vettes. they come 3 hours late or more and the car is a little dusty and they'll chop your head off.

Anthony,

As usual............. superb work! You and UPP make a great team!

High End...

Anthony,

I was just speaking to another detailer from this forum this week about your work. MOST IMPRESSIVE !!! Your replies in this forum and some of the other detailing forums I check up on obviously demonstrates your detailing knowledge and experience. If your like me, when you get hands on one of these phenomenal pieces of machinery it really makes your work satisfying. I love detailing and I get my fair share of daily driven SUV's and family cars, and lets face it Ferraris, Porsches, and vintage collectibles really get me a little more up for work that day !!! As expected, Great job on the Ferrari !!!

...:kneel I obviously love sports cars and that baby would look marvelous in my driveway !!! Someday

Rabbi, Clean Dean.....thank you much:)

I picked up this Ferrari 2 weeks ago and drove it to the owners house. When I dropped the car off, to fix a loose rubber molding and to check the "check engine" light, I told them, "Do NOT wash or detail the car when finished!" A few days later the cars owner called and told them, "Do NOT detail the car!"

So what did they do? Well they washed and detailed it for us, because they are so kind and caring......:beat

Well it is now swirled and wax build up in all the emblems and nooks and crannies, total frustration:crazy

So I now need to go over the whole car again. I will be sure to post some BEFORE and AFTER pics and then hunt down the hack detailer who did it.

Thanks again for the kind and supportive comments:p

Anthony that always happans Its like they wash your car on purpose to try to show they can do better in which they cant. The dealer always swirls my car up until I went and watched them perform the service and made sure it wasnt taken to the car wash and swirled up. Its amazing thats sometimes even cars in there showroom are swirled from people walking around with bath towels and QD Sprays.

Anthony, as always another great job. I look foward to seeing your post with pictures of cars you have done. Now if I could only get my trucks to look like that.
